Health Academy

What is Health Academy?

Health Academy helps prepare students for careers in the medical field, with college and career preparation, field trips, team-building, and more! Students have the opportunity to gain experience through ROP classes, internships, community service, and coursework.

Health Academy Student Criteria:

• Interested in medical field professions
• Committed to taking Health Academy courses
• Willing to participate in Health Academy projects in and outside of class
   

How to Join the NSHS Health Academy:

• Select Health Academy on your pre-registration form
• Complete the NSHS Health Academy Interest Form (forms can be found in the Counseling Office)
• Turn in your form to your counselor
• Student will be added to the Health Academy program for the following school year
