The NSHS Counseling Department will be hosting a series of Financial Aid Application Workshops for the Class of 2026, to support students and families in completing their financial aid applications.
Workshop Dates:
- Tuesday, December 2nd from 6 - 8 pm in the NSHS Library
- Wednesday, January 28th from 4 - 6 pm in the NSHS Library
- Tuesday, February 10th from 6 - 8 pm in the NSHS Library
- Tuesday, February 24th from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm in the NSHS Library

Fall Guitar Performance

The NSHS Guitar Program is excited to invite everyone to our Fall Guitar Concert on Wednesday, November 19 at 7:00 p.m. in the NSHS Theater (Room 911).
- Free Admission
- Seating opens at 6:30 p.m. — first come, first served for preferred seating.
- The concert will run approximately one hour.
The performance will feature the Guitar 3–4 class, showcasing both classical and electric guitar music, along with student-led groups and bands.

Strengthening the Families

The 15th Annual Salinas Union High School District Strengthening the Family Parent Conference will be held on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, from 7:45 am - 3:00 pm at El Sausal Middle School, 1155 Alisal Street.
The event will feature parent and teen workshops, with breakfast, lunch, and childcare provided. This year marks 15 years of supporting and strengthening families in our community!

Starting Monday, November 3, 2025, all SUHSD schools, including North Salinas High, will use the Raptor visitor check-in system to enhance campus safety. Visitors must show ID, take a photo, and wear their guest badge at all times.
